I wish people will recognize that they suck on their job and stop blaming their computer or IT department when they fail.You say tech savvy. Does that mean he is correct in what he is saying? If so there really cant be a complaint. If hes wrong then you can document it and prove it. People like this i create special tags (ticketing) for so I can reference anything they've ever claimed/done.
