When you then clicked on team at the top did you have create? Because I do not.

Yeah, Create is now gray but only cause the NICs have all been allocated. Before, it was the only option in the menu. Pretty different from BACS 3, and not sure if that's a good thing... 😐

I do not get that option. So yeah, it must know the NICS are not available even though it is not managing a team.

I used to use the windows debugging tools. Set it up once on your workstation, use the MS symbols , then !analyze -v (if I remember correctly) on the .dmp file should spit out the offender.

I have never looked. I last used one of these systems in 2009 and hated it. Never looked at one again.

Starting with PHPMailer v5.2.7, the default HELO hostname is not set anymore to 'localhost' if not supplied on the Hello() function... This generates that the Elastix remotesmtp configuration checker ends up sending an empty HELO/EHLO command, which makes Gmail (and probably many other SMTP servers) really unhappy.

A possible solution would be to modify /var/www/html/modules/remote_smtp/libs/paloSantoEmailRelay.class.php on line 156:

if(!$smtp->Hello()){

change to:

if(!$smtp->Hello(getHostname())){

If you are using the Multi Tenant version the location is /usr/share/elastix/apps/remote_smtp/libs/paloSantoEmailRelay.class.php

Changed that and it worked. However, whenever I create a new organization and the email is sent to the "admin", I never receive anything... what could it be now? Any ideas? Thanks!

So then restore from backup on a host that has enough capacity, and just kill the power to the other host.

Of course, having your DC and email server inside the same VM will be more problematic than just being one or the other...

This is exactly what the original Surface was. A Windows only piece of hardware. ARM based, Secure Boot locked Windows only computer. I have no problem with that, while not blatantly obvious, anyone reading the specs would realize this.

I'd forgotten that Microsoft has killed Foundation (2013 will be the last version), so there is no longer a free version of Sharepoint. If you need it, you have to pay for it. I'd forgotten this even though I actually posted it on ML a year ago (I think my memory is going in my old age).

Add that to the fact that it appears that migrating from on-premise to online is not a simple task (compared with say Exchange), and I'm coming round to thinking it would be foolish to further invest in Sharepoint Foundation 2013 and we're better off moving to Sharepoint online asap. It will mean extra cost in the short-term, because we'll have to buy a load of O365 subscriptions, but less cost in the long-term (as eventually we will have to migrate from on-premise to online since Foundation is the only product that makes financial sense on-premise and Foundation has been killed).

I've never heard of anyone actually getting paid. I think it is more theory than reality.

You realize that OneNote runs locally and syncs to Azure? Possibly if you have no Office 365 subscription there is some limit on this, but none that I am aware of.

Lots of big time CentOS users here 🙂 It was good before RH bought them, but way better since they did. Used to be even months behind in releases. Not like that at all anymore.

RH has to keep CentOS patched to maintain their reputation as the most enterprise OS option in the SMB and commodity spaces.
