    Yes. KeePass is super handy. And blind copy to clipboard too. I love that.

    Now that standing desks are common, I've noticed stand up meetings not being so short anymore.

    Sure we do. NTG has 2 datacenter locations, with DCs in each. IT-ADMIN only has 1 datacenter location, so putting a DC at the remote site would be a good idea. If he/she had another datacenter location, it would be less of a concern.

    he not she, hhhh
    thanks for your suggestion, i know that the best idea is to have an additional DC in the remote location, i will try another machine and promote it in the branch office, i will not give up, because i doubt the previous ADC has something wrong in its system, if it doesn't work i will try RODC

    I'll definitely post an update once we had a chance to do some reports so I can comment what their table and record structure is like. We'll be doing them with Microsoft SSRS, but concept would be the same as Jasper.

    Once they add a way to view unread messages that will be close enough for me to use OWA.

    I lean away from Mac specifically because of the support issues. HP, Dell.... Way better support than Apple. Apple doesn't have business class support.

    50k is a lot of money when you are starting off.

    You'll have to work with a VAR as stated above, some are lovely and extremely helpful.

    Best of luck 🙂

    @scottalanmiller correct. And I think GFI is less than 1/2 that price.

    Yeah, you can put together your own setup for a fraction of the price. LMI from NTG, Webroot or Vipre, RMM from any number of options. Should be way under $50/year if you ant it to be. That adds up quickly as that cost is per desktop.

    @scottalanmiller That will work.

    I've known jobs in the $300K range that require Brainbench certs to qualify. Normally they will pay for you to take them if that is the case. But you are that much better if you already have them.

    The email/calendar was started on our own web server since 2003 and until about a year ago when I moved to Office 365. Before the move, that calendar/email had tracking enabled. And this calendar was somehow duplicated when I started O365 and was unchecked in calendars. All weird stuff if you ask me! I did just deleted all of them. According to the read receipts I checked out, they were my cryptic appointments.
