I added them for you. Take a look at the ones that I used. It's at least a good starting point for useful tags. WordPress and "Web Design" are the two most critical tags for a topic of this nature. I was pretty torn using the "theme" tag, but I think it will prove to be useful.

Skype is the means we have to work with. The purpose is simply to be able to look back on conversations with friends and re-watch them.

So a file structure such as

/var/exports/HRdata
/var/exports/XObackups
/var/exports/userhomefolders
/var/exports/sharedDOCS

Would be what you are expecting to see on a Linux file server....?

Yup, and cheap enough to swap while someone else is trying to fix something is huge. I'll take two devices that I can swap when one dies for a total price of $600 long before I'll take one of $3,000 that fails "a little less often" but can take a day for someone to repair!

That sounds like an end user device issue. If rebooting fixes the ability to open a file... that's just weird.

You should try IP-Address chrome extension which will show your IP address when you click on it's extension icon after adding it into your chrome browser.

SAR is likely already installed and collecting, making it that much easier.

I have 26 devices and no problems... I know JB has had some issue with updates but he can update it manually.

Much like Tivo and generic DVRs, they function the same, but the actual execution is more refined.

Outbound load balance has been a feature for many different devices for a while now. I've got an ER-L right now, yeah it does the load balance between the two circuits. But since they are very different speeds, they don't balance as evenly as Peplink can do it. They also don't offer bonded VPN and their interface is easy as fuck to deal with.

Yeah, I can buy a TWC DVR, but my Tivo does more.

I did this beta also. The unit is small and works well but the audio sucks. It is horribly tinny IMO.

I have a predecessor of the Budstraps... a bit more sleek than these, but the clip is nicer here, much easier to use, and nothign to loose.
