Yeah with the rests, lift kit, and lights it was around $350. I got it from ZSA soi didn't have to assumble it. They built it and sent it.

For us, a large company, HR sends out a template to copy/paste from their email we add to signature setting.

Never have to worry about it or manage anything until the company logo or your job title changes.

Easiest IMO. Everyone at the company does fine with it that way.

Lucky, we have very few customers that can handle that.

It's as if it isn't provisioned (I don't think that it is), but something in the system broke and then provisioned it as a trial instead of part of our account.

Ahh. In Zoho One you have to add the new app in the portal before you use it or you will get the trial version - even if you are licensed for it. It has tripped me up a few times already.

I don't know if it's the same in Zoho Workplace.

IF your intercom unit can be inside and you can hard-wire your mic input and speaker output from the SIP Intercom device, here is what we use for this same scenario:

      Speaker:
      https://smile.amazon.com/Indoor-Outdoor-Horn-Speaker-Impedance/dp/B002UL0WH8

      Mic:
      https://smile.amazon.com/Mono-Stereo-Parabolic-Microphone-Standard-060-Polycarbonate/dp/B00GGX3X7W

Because it is parabolic, it doesn't have to be close to the subject. We install them about 10' feet away.

These mics are so focused, we don't hear any engine noise, only the driver.

We build a gable roof (roof only) over the dish and the roof has only one end. We place the dish at the far end (the capped end) from the vehicle. The roof is sized so the disk is completely up/inside the roof line. The open end of the roof is at the vehicle side of the setup.

The mic array detects sound from air flow through the mic element, so you have to protect the mic array inside the dish from unfriendly weather while still allowing sound vibrations to get to the mic itself. This is why the roof with an open end. We used to cap both ends and cut a 22" circle at the vehicle end, but, for the extra work, it didn't really provide any additional protection from the elements.

Eventually the mic gets ruined. So we just replace the mic, while using the same dish, mount, and roof.

Wildtronics has a weatherproof mono parabolic coming out sometime next year. When that happens, you can do away with the roof.

The black dishes are less expensive that the clear dishes.

With the FreePBX implementation the same PIN is set for every call that occurs on a particular conference bridge which would seem to be a security concern.

That's the same as the others, they are just changing it automatically in between meetings. You'd have to do the same thing... either manually or through automation. It's the lack of pre-existing automation that makes it tough.

Yeah this is honestly either block the number or contact law enforcement. It's not an HR thing, tbh. You cannot get any valid proof.

Company policy could easily make it an HR thing that could cost the other person their job.

      Without valid proof?

Proof has nothing to do with if it is an HR thing or not. It is an HR thing if company policy has something about employee behavior between each other that is potentially being violated.

If so, then it is HR's job to deal with things like proof and facts. While doing so, HR can also determine to send it to the authorities even if the recipient does not. Or just keep it as an internal action such as discipline up to termination.

So I create a fake text and get someone else terminated?

Cell companies arent going to turn over texts to HR departments. They would have to get law enforcement involved. So there is basically no way to verify if it is real without getting law enforcement involved.

That's correct. HR departments just don't have the rights to force companies to turn over that kind of data.

We used to use that product for redundant monitoring of SCADA system. We would monitor door latches, pumps, water levels, etc. It worked great.

We have since moved to Raspberry Pi to meet the needs of other controls we wanted to include in our management systems.

The control by web device will do what you have asked for above. It's very inexpensive too.

If you have, or plan to add, custom alerts, you may want to consider something like a Raspberry Pi to give you unlimited flexibility when it comes to PLC.

You can certainly do this with Intune and office 365. Basically you'd be able to wipe all corporate data as long as it's kept in office 365.

With Office 365 MDM, you can't disable the ability to do a full remote wipe. You do have more control over that with GSuite. Does Intune give you more control?

I'm pretty sure you can do what I described, but I'm not 100% sure.

      https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Choose-between-MDM-for-Office-365-and-Microsoft-Intune-c93d9ab9-efb2-4349-9b93-30c30562ee22

It's not a question of what you can do, it's a question of what can the IT department be prevented from doing. The difference between wiping company data and wiping the whole phone just being different buttons does not reassure me.

This is how you do it - from MS link I posted earlier

"Enable your users to more securely access corporate information using the Office mobile and line-of business apps they know, while ensuring security of data by helping to restrict actions like copy, cut, paste, and save as, to only those apps managed by Intune."

If you restrict actions like copy, cut, paste, saving, screenshots, etc then you keep the data inside Office Mobile. Then you just remove the Office Mobile app remotely.

Are you able to enable remote removal of the app with just this feature?

You actually dont even have to do that. If they cannot login they cannot get to any of the data.

Assuming an encrypted cache, this sounds like a viable option. We have 100 Intune licences, so I can insist on being one of the users managed by Intune rather than Office365 MDM. But based on my recent experiences, I'm not too keen to have email or Teams on my phone.

      what experience is that?

Nothing to do with the application, just to do with being always working. I did a 108 hour week followed by a 90 hour, followed by a 70 hour. I've now removed all work communication from my phone in order to try to get some peace when I can.
