I found the issue. My new extension umatrix was getting aggressive. I have been using it a few days without any issues, and I just didn't think it would cause issues with ML.

In reality, in both relative and absolute terms, "things" are roughly equally likely to cost you as to pay you. Free is simply the middle ground where the two even out. The only really useful argument to make is that nothing is "exactly" free but will likely always either cost or pay a tiny amount. I can accept that. But in useful discussions, free is free.

A nasty vulnerability has been recently identified in 2003/XP. The exploit does not require any credentials and should be considered highly critical. Credible security sources are indicating that Microsoft is expected to release the patch sometime today.

      IBM does.

It's when the minority screams the loudest, making the headlines... where the media projects prejudice and stereotyping. That's why it only takes a few to ruin it for good majority. And you can insert that statement into anything... professions, politics, religion, race, anything.

I get 100% reimbursement from my company on the passing attempt. So if I pass the first time, I will get 100% back.

Ok, I got scan information imported into Kvasir. It is a cool tool, but will not serve my purposes of vulnerability tracking.

Kvasir is really just a way to share scan with a customer instead of giving them 30k page PDFs. So for that purpose the tool is really useful. The customer you are sharing the data with can take notes on each vulnerability, see solutions, see affected IPs, etc.

It also organizes vulnerabilities by categories, hosts, and provides various statistics. You can also perform metasploit attacks straight from Kvasir.

Justification: "This course prepares the user for the Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) exam, which is also a required component of the MCSA: Linux on Azure Certification."

I saw that, but this is still unusual because what they are teaching you in this course directly conflicts with roles and services that are generally provided by Windows Server

Would you feel weird if VMware, KVM or Xen taught this material?

I would find it weird if VMware showed you how to build a vm environment using Xen. Because they are direct competitors.

Define competitor? Hyper-V and Azure are both products, for which a primary purpose is to host Linux. So yes, Linux might seem to you like a competitor to Windows. But Linux is not a competitor with Hyper-V or Azure and is actually a part of Azure.

So this isn't about VMware and Xen, it's about Vmware and Linux. Or Amazon and Linux. Or IBM and Linux. Microsoft has more roles that just making Windows, and most analysts agree that Azure is far more important for them than Windows is.

I think the issue is that so many people come out of college without a real grasp on what they should be making.

They have this idea from the college that they should be making 40-80K and they settle for the first offer that comes in. Its a back and forth.

The college doesn't want you to be in debt, but it's your job to demand a fair wage.

The college doesn't care, they already have their money. It used to be the bank that cared weather you make enough money to pay back the loans, I'm not exactly sure what the current system looks like other than the loving arm of government has gotten involved somehow.

Oh I agree, the college doesn't care, but they do put up numbers stating if you take this program you can expect to make X to Y.

Which of course leaves out all kinds of details, like where that salary range is for, inflation etc etc.

@IRJ Are you trying to set this up on Nextcloud or Owncloud. I haven't tried this on Owncloud but to be sure, I setup registration on a new system using the same instructions and was able to get full lockout for non-accepted domains.

On a different matter @IRJ how good is Cricket's service been?

Been nagging my women to get a smart phone but she thinks they are expensive, when she spends $30/month for a dumb phone and text.

We love it! It uses AT&T service so coverage isn't an issue for us.

I prefer my women with poor coverage 😉

That's why I always carry a tinfoil hat.
