I’m still sitting here at home, the day vacation. Not exactly sure what to do with one of those since I haven’t had one in such a long time.
I still have to respond to some emails, but that’s about it.
I took 8 of them and went to Disney!
Nope
To people-y…
I’ll enjoy the thunderstorm that rolled through. -
Sales department keeps bringing in our GM and asking about support level issues (that more or less have nothing to do with him) so after answering the questions openly, I asked about specific sites he was selling (on the same email with the GM) 2 can play your game. Also I wanted an update anyway.

Why wouldn't the GM be involved? he's likely the interface between sales and the support team.... Sales should almost never be going directly to support, except for pre-sales support, which is part of sales.

We have our Service manager who he should be going through for updates or asking us directly, but what he is doing is "asking for an update on support issues" with the GM so that he can say we haven't been doing anything to assist customers. He's focusing on support issues instead of selling more systems for us to put in. all of these issues are Post Sales support issues that he's trying to be right in the middle of, in return he's not aiding us in getting the questions/concerns/problems worked out because we constantly have to update our GM/Sales person instead of doing the job and updating them when it is finished.

Oh the things to do... Why now set those aside, download Fedora and spin up an instance for KVM to replace the rPi3 running dietPi and the pi-Hole and UBNT controller.
Of course,.. might bypass dietPi and install direct. (shrugs)
Oh what could go wrong.

Had one coffee this morning.
Results are inconclusive, require a second cup.I recommend pouring coffee in you until you can hear the sunshine and/or thread a sewing machine's needle while it is running.
hahahahaha, love it.
many years ago we had a coffee comp at work, who could drink the strongest coffee. 23 teaspoons in one cup. I DO NOT recommend it.
I had a guy bring in some death wish coffee to the office one day. One cup and he was jittery as a june bug. I had 3 cups and it didn't even phase me.

You're making me miss Mangocon. I know, totally unrelated, but that's how my head works.

Vacation Day Two:
Not much, tinkering with the rPiZero-W, Little this and that - generally avoiding looking at the work phone. -
We've been having weird network issues at a local Sheriff's Office for around a month, looks like it might be due to a bug in the latest HP firmware. If you have any HP/Aruba 2920 switches, be warry when updating firmware to latest. We'll know if that was the issue in the morning.

WHY, when I have a nice new wsus server, complete with all the required updates, ready to go, do clients look at that server and say, nope nothing there for me, but when I tell the client to go look at the MS update server, they say, Oh, here's all the stuff I need.
And why, when I tell the same clients to auto download, they just sit there and say, Hey, i'm ready to download, when do you want me to do that???

You might not have all of the items checked for WSUS deployment, for example, you might not have drivers checked on WSUS, so it won't push them.
As for why the clients don't auto download when you want them to - because MS does a staged rollout. Seeking - i.e. you manually pressing the button, tells the system to go get them now, but just set on auto, they get their direction from MS with random times to pull. My assumption is to keep the load from killing their servers/ISP.
