Just got my single purchase from record store day 2018 - Frank Zappa - Lumpy Gravy / Primordial (original 1967 mono / orchestra only mix!!!). It's good to have cool friends, even if they didn't manage to get me a copy of the new Sleep record.

10 acres isn't even large, there is 100 acres for sale in my area but I very much doubt that I would ever be able to afford it because of the area.
It's likely in the millions. .
But 10 acres, it would be great, enough room to build on, enough room to play on.
