Being a Cloud Partner with Microsoft is completely different. We had to go through the total process of signing up and getting our certifications via Cloud Partner Program when we started to resell it. We have separate account managers and technical account managers etc.

What would it take to get your boss to move to office 365?
It never ceases to amaze me the stupid decisions management make for their IT needs. What would it take to talk your boss into letting you move to a easier to use, manage and support hosted email system?

RE: Greatest printer ever!
I want one, maybe my teenager would actually get the lawn mowed!

@joyfano don't apologize! Just not allowed to here

RE: Pertino customer looking for full-time IT help in Hutchinson County, TX
Customers are in a hurry when something is wrong but take forever when they "think" everything is fine. However if they would just reach out when there isn't a fire then you could probably prevent any further fires.

Every real kitchen needs one of those!

RE: And that's how you get zombies...
Gross and awesome all at the same time. I could care less about ants (even huge ones) they don't bother me that much anymore, I've eaten my fair share, have scars from being bitten and have watched them carry off baby goats. Cockroaches however are another thing.... shudders.

RE: Favorite Interview Question?
I have found getting to know the person makes more sense than standard interview questions. Also pick a community question or two (even if you are positive it is out of their skill level) and see how they would work through it.

RE: Office 365 Outlook Online Rant
@Dominica Can you do the same rules in OWA that you can in Outlook and if so where?
-
RE: Office 365 Outlook Online Rant
To run rules Manually:
Go to rules in Outlook (no idea if this can be done in OWA)
Manage Rules and alerts
And uncheck your rules that you don't want to auto sort into your folders.
To run rules: click on run rules know under manage rules and alerts.I do this so everything is front and center on my cell phone, or Ipad or..... and then just sort when I am at my desk a couple times a week.

RE: GFI Conference
I saw it but hadn't explored it too much. Sending @katie would be good.

RE: Office 365 Outlook Online Rant
What about setting your rules so that they only work manually? That way everything goes to your inbox (so you can easily catch it on your phone etc.) until you want to move them? I do this a couple times a week.
