msiexec /i "jre10filename.msi" /q ENTERPRISE=YES

Just a long shot, obviously change it to the msi file name for java10.

I tried by modifying the MSI to enable ENTERPRISE, but I think that caused additional problems (should have used a transform). I just went ahead and deployed the newer version of 8 and kicked this down the road until January 2019 when 8 is discontinued.

im not attacking anyone at all. he can have his opinion, but you should always be willing to discuss differences instead of just shouting contradictory information and expecting people to accept it as fact. He just wants to say, no, youre wrong instead of giving any kind of reasons or explanation.

different opinion is fine, posting it as fact and directly contradicting someone without supplying any sort of evidence or conversation regarding why you think they are wrong is dumb and does not contribute to the discussion at all.

My feeling aren't hurt, just trying to get him to add some substance to his posts to make them relevant and remove them from the shitpost category. if he wants to add to the discussion fine, but shitposting should always be frowned upon.

They use whitebox desktops as servers, no virtualization. Nothing enterprise is allowed. We've been discussing this in other threads and offline as well. It's nothing to do with price, in fact it is costing a ton. It's one person's personal agenda and nothing to do with needs, resources or anything. But yeah, none of that stuff allowed.

Pretty fluff to make the user base happier about the switch. I dont want to spend resources supporting it (Most users cant figure out stuff like that), so if i cant automate it im probably going to remove it.

I had a reason to set up a new VM today, and used a Windows 8 key to do a fresh install of Windows 10.

So I think it does indeed work.

It works as long as your Windows 10 media is r1511. Prior versions would not work or activate on an old key until updated to r1511.

That's why Elastix insists on having OpenFire built in. You can do a lot of that stuff with the combination.

FreePBX offers a XMPP module. Have not used it for the same reason I have not used OpenFire in Elastix. No one in my current customer base wants an in house only chat platform.

Yeah this is the problem, internal only chat is damned near useless.

I really doubt the cloud management would be useful for us since we only have 2 local devices (one active at a time). We will get free firmware updates AFAIK, so I don't really know why that is mentioned. Is there any reason we should get this package? 25% price increase for 2 additional years of warranty doesn't seem worth it to me.

@dafyre Unfortunately there is only 1 SATA Controller on the Tyan boards. The other board has its own onboard controller that could be used, but the LSI is wired to the backplane that the HDDs are slid into, so I would have to do some rewiring. Which is possible, but I will need to figure out how to fix this problem either way.

Thanks for help everyone, Im hoping I can get it figured out. I am seriously considering some kind of issue with Server 2012R2 and this type of configuration. Does anyone else have this configuration or could mock it up to see if you experience the same problems?

I have the Lumia 1520. Running 8.1. I like it pretty well. I tried the 920 a couple years ago one 8 and hated it because of some of the issues and lack of apps back then. Now all the appps expect my SSL VPN are there. I tried windows 10 on it. I can't do it. I use windows 10 one my laptop and can live with temprory usability issues but I can't live with the design issues of text being outside of bounding boxes etc that windows 10 preview had on the 1520.

I've used Ferrite cores a lot with cat5e on cell towers to block RF from the cellular antennas.
