Appointment Reminder Service - ReminderCall.com - Reviews?



  • Hello everyone. Has anyone ever used this product before? Can anyone provide me with any relevant information regarding this company? Their pricing is very reasonable, but their online presence is minimal and their facebook page is a little iffy. They claim to have a 99.8 - 99.9% uptime, which is very good if true.

  • Wow their social media person is terrible.

    I can tell they are using a service to create those posts, but they are using it wrong. The service that they are using takes the top rated posts from around facebook and shares them to their page. It's a good idea, but you must be careful to only use posts relevant to your field which they obviously aren't doing.

    Another downfall is that they are keeping posts up with zero likes or shares. This is a social media no no. Sometimes posts don't work out, but you need to delete those to elevate your posts that do work. Soon or later you will have a good idea what works and doesn't work.

    Yea, it really makes me doubt their "tech cred" and makes me uneasy in giving them our business
