Hiding in my office.
My 9yo has her best friend over for a final sleepover, because her friend is moving back to Japan.
I'm actually going to rearrange things because my office has jsut sort of "happened"
I got a 4' x8' whiteboard for my office from my boss that I want to put up. So, I need to organize things better. I bought a new tabletop at IKEA for $20.

Looking at some cheap workstations to setup a lab

Four interviews done. That was exhausting.
We hired one of them. Two we hope we can hire soon, they were great, too. And the fourth asked for educational materials so that he could re-apply in the future. Best round of interviews I've ever done.

Doing some system updates.

Working on new user onboarding tasks

Building even more VDI instances!

@scottalanmiller I manage windows ones, never tried a Linux hosted desktop though, do you use nextcloud for file shares? Or do you mount a file share on a separate VM? I take it you create VM's manually and have no provision management for your VDI Infrastructure.

Yes we do. NextCloud on Fedora for our physical desktops, NextCloud on Deepin for our VDI instances.

We've considered that, but haven't really found a need for it.

Correct, and it works just fine

@JaredBusch Sorry that was supposed to be "spring". I was watching(chasing) 4 kids around trying to keep up with them.

Preparing a video for upload.

Fighting with a server over getting a password reset. Thing is so broken, we need to finish the migration off of it quick.
