What Are You Doing Right Now

The goal is as a means of exercise and self defense. Are they relatively impractical today from the latter, certainly, bullets/Knifes/Anthrax beats fists every time.
But they are still a form of exercise that is beneficial
Because "you're not doing anything. Shadow boxing. "
Sure weapons will mostly win every time. I'm not bullet proof - and Im pretty sure not immune to anthrax.The goal (at least for my system) is to teach you the techniques the first form literally translates to the Little Idea Form because it's the building blocks for the whole system.
He's never done any real training or much of anything according to him.
so it makes sense that he's ignorant to the idea that they are actually beneficial. -

The monthly company meeting as at a pro go-cart track. It was fun, but a couple of us have bruised ribs this morning thanks to the "racing seats".
Also, how did those become popular as "gaming chairs"? Makes no sense to me.

Niki Lauda passed away today. Guy had a very interesting life. Idk if any of you have seen Rush, but it's a pretty good movie that is in part about him

There are other videos floating around out there well, but the IT guy on those isn't as cool as the IT guy talking about Huawei.

At some point, I'll do a project where I try to rip and organize my CDs. FLAC will probably be the way I go. The project won't start until I decide how I want to purchase / consume music.

If you have the storage, WAV is obviously a better choice.
I don't always compress audio, but when I do, I use FLAC.

@EddieJennings I had all my music ripped as MP3 but re-ripped it a few years ago to FLAC. Took a while but I think it was worth the effort.

So true. Especially gaming chairs with giant red or blue logos on them.
