Not entirely sure yet... Got some friends to hang out with and some family to see. Don't know 'bout anything else yet.

Teenager is leaving for the weekend (I really should call him a roommate). @art_of_shred has a double header gig weekend. Sunday is Niece's bday party (they are 3 years apart but only 14 days in birth dates). And then I am the on call person Monday so doing nothing I hope all day long.

I took today off so have a nice 4 day weekend.

Oh, so much to grill and smoke this weekend.... Tonight we will be making bbq sauces (1 Carolina style, 1 pomegranate-ginger-garlic) and grilling some beer soaked bratwurst (over charcoal w/ mesquite and hickory smoke), then tomorrow I get up at 8am to start the low and slow smoke-a-thon. 18 lbs of pork shoulder is currently soaking in an apple juice / cider vinegar marinade in my frig. My chef neighbor will be receiving a master lesson in real bbqing from yours truly... For all the techniques he has mastered, low and slow, all day bbq is not amongst them.... so I get to be the teacher. The pork shoulders will be smoked on pecan / maple / hickory. Sunday will be for recovery (Monkey has made his famous whiskey death punch). Hooray for long holiday weekends!!!

Thanks! We'll have a date once we find the right venue. I think we already did but we're looking at some others just to make sure. Japan will be the honeymoon!

Darts game tonight followed by sleep as I think i'll be having a beer or two.
Sat/Sun depends on weather. Nice - maybe beach. Horrid - watch films with the kids.
Monday as it's bank holiday see Sat/Sun plan
