It makes sense as both have a lot of stack in the Chromebook game. Intel wants to move processors and AMD is currently weak in the Chromebook space (but for how long) and Samsung is very strong in the CB space while being weak in the traditional laptop space. So they both want to see Chromebooks succeeding for their own reasons.

AirDrop - exchange files with iOS easily
The rest is pretty weak
I do, I've got a long time without one now. Had one for a few months but that was all. The new ones are super light and thin which is pretty cool and even more processing power than the iPhone 6 if you go for the larger model.
That only applies to the government. Credit agencies are liable for false reporting, of course, but that they choose to use non-identifying traits as identifiers is up to them. You can identify people by anything that you want if you are private.
