I modified etc/resolv.conf by putting this

nameserver same as DNS1
nameserver same as DNS2

That's what that script is supposed to do. If you did this, it means either you never activated the script or it is broken and will stop working again.

I just tried with Reid method and it is working well. The red notification has been removed

I am confusing that the Edgerouter ERLite-3 has price $49 with 1 mil packet per second which is same price with Cisco Linksys E2500 with the packet per second (Not sure). The Cisco one which I am using it is unable to deliver the outbound call. Most of the calls are drop, busy and no voice or breaking voice.

The E2500 series Linksys uses a weak broadcomm CPU and has 64mb of RAM

Whereas the ERLite uses a beefy Cavium MIPS CPU and has 512MB of RAM

It most certainly can be, as that is the error in your log.

When I use X-lite it is still working well. However when it comes to PBX server, it can't work.

The softphone should not be affecting the dialed number in any way. So whatever digits you dialed there need to be what your trunk is sending.

This is not what is in your log. So you screwed something up.

Is that a valid telephone number?
Assuming it is not NANPA, then that means it is country code 254, Kenya and the number being dialed is 202020.

Is this how your SIP trunk provider is expecting the call to be presented?
