I'm 23 man. This is not okay.I blame my dad.

Don't feel bad. My grandfather's hair was completely white before he hit 25.

I started hearing about them around that time.
But They are starting to show more and more. and since my hair is a darker shade. -

My dad is 74 and still only half grey! I've almost passed him.
