What Are You Doing Right Now

home internet down again. the nbn charlies are up the tower again. dug up the email from the isp warning us that this could go on for 7 days!
was off for 8 hours yesterday, had to use my phone's 4G, no noticeable difference in speed.
walked in at lunchtime yesterday and had to watch ..... free to air TV. if we had no netflix, youtube etc, I reckon i'd almost get rid of my TV.
Free to air TV must be under the power of some supreme power whose intention it is, is to make the masses as ignorant and mindless as can be possible via the TV airwaves.

I heard Moose meat is pretty tasty. I might have to come to ol Canada and have @MattSpeller introduce me and a Moose (moose on the receiving end of a large caliber weapon).
It's god damn delicious. Moose pepperoni is one of my favourite things.
OMG that sounds good.

you've lost me, who are you talking about? The nbn charlies up the tower, the supreme power, or my 4G connection?

One of my Black Pearl plants has started to ripen the chillies... one so far, this season looks like I will get a good harvest.
My Trinidad Scorpion has a couple of flowers, so they might be ready by April but my Habanero probably won't have anything this season as I had to trim it (growing up too fast) to promote strengthening of the main stem (lost 4 -6 flowers) but next year will be grand!Wow, you're a bit of a green thumb, by the look of it. My gardening interests pretty much lie in mowing the lawn and agent orange'ing all the darn weeds that keep growing all year.
They are some of the few plants that I put effort into. If it isn't self sufficient with water, I'm generally happy to let it die.
It helps that they are in pots too. -

I'm running out of time to switch from the old Tel$tra network to the NBN, I don't know if I'll get better than what I have now.

Definitely not a green thumb. Plants have to have a purpose for me to care for them.
My top three reasons for putting effort into plants- Provides shade
- Produces stuff to eat
- Mrs nadnerB doesn't want it to die
I don't care if it looks pretty, if it doesn't meet the criteria listed above... it's on its own.

Did you purchase licensing for XS or are you using the free version?

Oh I should have that done for my dog now that it's been mentioned. She doesn't have bad breath but it's a good thing to do.

We're licensed, VDI and related products so it just makes sense to bundle the hypervisor in there too (I assume, I don't deal with the $$$ side of things too much)

Yeah so long as you're licensed using XS makes sense, but if you were using the free edition it would be past time to evaluate moving to XCP-ng.

Oh for sure, if I ever get the HW for a home lab it would probably be XCP-ng just to keep to something known (*ducks, waiting for eventual comments on KVM )

I wouldn't be throwing any shade at you if you used XCP-ng. It's a solid option for sure, it's just young since it's reboot.
Granted a lot of the XS developers work on XCP-ng so there shouldn't be any major concerns with using it.
