@valentina Sounds fun! Ive been going to my local shop by Baylor for so long they give me permanent discounts and refills. Its a good way to work on side projects before I go home.

We just slowed way down on calls today.
Trying to figure out this issue with importing from out application to another.
Why it's picking up the wrong information. -

The log system tells me that its off by 7162 minutes., but times are the exact same on Back Office, and on Terminal... -

international daylight saving time
It was set toUS Daylights saving time
made the changes to that.
Day and time are correct though. -

Just had a guy call in " I got a virus on my computer, wants me to download something"
Connected in and see a message "Install the latest version of Windows 7 ...."After IE I run virus and malware scans and nothing comes up.
he's still freaking out, I asked him what he was doing and he said " Looking up which actor died today"

At least he didn't click on it and actually download something to his computer.
