Small family owned farms. No computers used there though they would flip out. They are very old fashioned at the ones I know.

Hmmm... that is perfect. I may have to look down in your area in the near future. The fiance works in the dairy industry and doesn't want to leave it so it would be hard to move somewhere she couldn't find work.

All the dairy farms I know, and I grew up in one of the nation's top dairy counties, are super high tech. Computers everywhere.

We have massive dairy farms around here though. Not many small ones except the Mennonite/Amish ones

Dairy technology is a huge business around here. We have a few farms a quarter going to robots. Although there are more then that dropping out of the market entirely.
