User: Shopper has requested an E-mail to reset password 4 separate times. when email comes the link does not work. suggestions?
Me: What do you mean the link "doesn't work?" Does the shopper receive some kind of error message?
User: hold on will get confirmation[20 minutes later]

I suppose this is one of the nice things about developing software for IT pros. Every time so far someone has reported a bug, I can rely on the fact that it's actually a real issue that I need to address.

I suppose this is one of the nice things about developing software for IT pros. Every time so far someone has reported a bug, I can rely on the fact that it's actually a real issue that I need to address.

And your potential customers are some what competent enough to get you the information that you need. Error #, logs, behavior, etc.
