These guys are still using software that was discontinued and was known that it would break four years ago. Seems like a lot of time to not have bothered to find another solution yet.

Could be. I'm sure (even though I don't know how to do it) this Altigen system can probably be easily compromised. We've needed to get off of this for a while, so I'm seeing this as an opportunity.

I would check those phone records. that's the likely culprit. And it could be Windstream faking the calls. We've had carrier do that.

After hearing the stories about the state of most phone service providers, it would not surprise me at all to get random junk showing up on bills that shouldn't be there.
