I try to do any project work through my LLC, so on my business card, I have my LLC E-mail and phone number (which goes to a FreePBX instance I have).

Usually just my email and desk phone. I make sure and take off the evidence you are replying from a phone so they won't know that.

I'm not generally a primary contact - so I only list my main office number and extension. Those that I have built trust with over time get my DID and cellphone.

Email sig... nothing. Not saying I shouldn't, just haven't.
BUsiness cards.... office like with extension.
To normal people just the office line, you can reach me if needed via the helpdesk.

On my last two jobs I have had no signature at all. I rarely deal with customers, but if I do I want to give them zero information. I am not support, so there is never a reason for them to reach out to me.

Nothing.
I have enough sales calls from the outside. Internally, almost no one other than IT has a need to contact me, they go to the helpdesk for any support. Helpdesk techs or sysadmins can contact me if they need assistance.

I have my name and title and I think my cell phone in my outlook signature. We have 450,000 employees so there's times when I get emailed or email someone and they have no idea who I am. I don't have a signature on my phone.
