Got to deal with CenturyLink support tonight. Would've been nice for the client if they would have admitted they had an issue 6 hours ago. You know, before they had to open an after hours support call with us (me this week.)

Been so busy today, hey everyone.

I have not posted one of these in a while

:angry_face_with_horns:
Initial reschedule was done by RedHat themselves because of t3h Covid, but now the date falls into my on-call week (since that schedule shifted as of last week).

Oh I know. I was just crying because its inconvenient to reschedule these things and you had to go through it twice.

Depending on what you actually mean by core would change up the recommendations for specific units. But they have the entire spectrum covered.
Just the "main" switch that everyone default gateway points to, the switch then does static routes to our other networks depending on connection, e.g. MPLS, ADSL, Misc Router.
So just a good switch with L3 lite features and 2-4 10G ports, also VLAN routing. -

Fighting Windows Xp ( i know , I know. Nothing I can do ... ) on a read only issue. No idea why the folder is stuck in Read only- I also know that is generally ignored by XP on Folders, But This Terminal (being an all in one) wont start up correctly.
Legacy equipment gives me a headache. -

It may help you past issues that you can't correct from the file explorer. Something like attrib <file name> -r to remove the read only attribute. Don't use my example. I don't remember the syntax off the top of my head. Google it for more.

There is no such device.
UniFi Switch or EdgeSwitch
Not Unifi EdgeSwitch

Juniper has serval offerings that could meet your needs but it depends on throughput. Ex4300 line would make a good core switch stack (and has 40GB links for Virtual Chasis).
