Got some pizza doughs proofing, about to head to the store for veggies and other toppings. Going to do one with roasted squash/zucchini/red onion, one with grilled shrimp, baby greens, and gruyere. Other combos as well, for we shall be inspired by the produce selections.

Sounds delicious! What style of pizza are you making? Thin crust, thick crust, neopolitan, deep-dish etc.

Sounds delicious! What style of pizza are you making? Thin crust, thick crust, neopolitan, deep-dish etc.
Neapolitan pizzetas, 8oz dough balls, so they're a generous pizza for one. We will be par cooking on my gas grill, then top it and toss on to the stone under the broiler. We picked up the stuff for a margherita or 2 as well.
