Holy crap I have a bunch of butternut squash recipes saved.
I LOVE butternut squash foods.
I found everything from soups to wontons to a roasted tikka masala. Might have to share some of those, didn't we have a recipe thread?

Should be, but it's actually a huge local taco chain.
