Not that bad all things considered... and they 'fry' up awesome in the air fryer.
have not tried that yet. Will do.
Did you just bake them? They didn't get crispy at all when we baked them, even tried a toaster oven, just not the same - but air frying them... man - that was the trick!

Had some grilled salmon and scallops with oven roasted broccoli last night. Will be roasting much more broccoli in the future, it's fantastic.

Well,.. don't have much to offer generally,.. but this week was a good one food wise.
Dinner tonight was The Capital Grille had the Rack of Lamb.. wow.. don't get the chance to eat like this often... and will be a while .

Sundays used to be the day I got to fix a nice breakfast for my family.
- Pancakes, or
- Waffles, or
- Biscuits and Gravy
- Eggs or omelettes
These days it's just myself as they go to church.
What model did you get? curious for later if when I need to replace ours.

The 8yo. It was fierce.
Wasn’t planning same day deliver, just normal prime delivery. but it was offered free.

We recently scored a 1950s-60s era waffle maker from my gf's grandparents. Near perfect condition, works a charm, and best of all.... NO SAFETY FEATURES!!!! The little "indicator light" to tell you it's powered on is actually a hole in the outer shell with a lens that glows orange because the old school heating coils behind it are glowing red. Old style, 2-prong, non-grounded cord. It also opens out flat and you can flip the inserts over to make pancakes or grilled cheese. And it's chrome.
