TES3MP
I'm pretty impressed they turned Morrowind into an MMO
I may want to get into running my own server one day. -
This is a reminder to myself to make sure I never buy a Sega published game ever again..

I believe that the use of DMCA should be covered under RICO laws. This is serious extortion that should be a serious federal crime.

Oblivion
Should be Morroblivion IMO, but I'm probably going to just be playing different versions of Morrowind for the rest of my life. Maybe Morrowind will be the first VR game I play.

Luciana wants to play some Lego Harry Potter part one. So we are preparing to fire that up.
-
I got Tropico 5 installed on my Ubuntu DDE laptop. Looking forward to getting to dig into that!
-
Just bought Horizon Zero Dawn, Complete Edition on Steam.
-
Also got Blacksad: Under the Skin

Time to start stocking up on games and getting them downloaded and set up so that we have games to play without needing to use all of our bandwidth!

Have to be prepared!
But we are planning on getting local fiber and placing our order for Starlink this week. They are already taking orders for Starlink in the village so we should be good.
They are nearly to the point of nationwide fiber now, so really good access there.

No Man's Sky Prisms Update
Update 3.5, Prisms, dramatically refreshes the No Man’s Sky experience with a range of new visual features and technologies. The universe has never looked better, with reflections, new texture effects, more biome detail, improved lighting, new skies, new warp effects, creature fur, and a host more besides.
Awesome update!

My daughter definitely loves it. Looks great, I hope to get a shot at it.

@obsolesce That does sound like a really nice update, I'll have to download it and attempt to check it out later. Although, I'm pretty sure my GTX 970 is going to scream at me - it already struggles at times with the current version, and I imagine it will only be worse with the new visual features they added. Might be time for me to seriously consider buying a pre-built so that I can get something like an RTX 3070 so that I can actually run smoothly with these new features...

FWIW, it runs flawlessly on max graphics settings with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super Max-Q.

So I did a thing... I got an Oculus 2.
It's quite a bit of fun, actually. I have the Obligatory Beatsaber, lol. The unit itself runs smoothly and does an excellent job at keeping me from tripping over the coffee table or walking face-first into a wall, so that's also a plus.
I've almost got it working nicely with SteamVR, but don't have but a couple of games for that. I've found a few other VR games I want to try out.
Anybody else have one? What games do you like, etc?
