How is that frightening? I figure losing customers due to bad customer experiences seems obvious.

So... why do people still use LogMeIn?

Ha! We have a LogMeIn Rescue subscription, which is quite nice. It's on my list of things to see what is better and cheaper for supporting remote folks who are not on company-owned computers.

We use ScreenConnect.
