Me: @user If you don't Audacity installed on your computer, submit a ticket, and I'll take care of it.
User: Just to clarify, would I be submitting a ticket for audacity to be installed or for [the editing task to be done.] I'm assuming, the former, but just want to make sure.
Me: Correct. I provide you the tool to do the work.

So I noticed. and the website is broken with SSL on, too.
Was just on their site a few minutes ago. It is seriously messed up. No SSL on any page, even on the login page.

I would need a padded desktop if I had to deal with tickets like that...

I literally had a 5nine employee call me today when I signed up for an account but cannot reach them. So in-between then and now something happened
