You can get those speeds pretty much anywhere in the third world

One of the very few good things about moving to a "big" city (Cleveland, OH really isn't that big anymore). Internet access went from 10/1 to 100/10, and I've got up to 1gB/60mB available.

Yes, the new low orbit constellations being put up now will make a huge difference in response times and bandwidth available via satellite.

It's expected to be the big game changer in the Internet in the near future. Satellites were launched last week that should be a total global game changer.

Those 60 are not going to do that. They do not have the point to point lasers for relay. These are all still engineering tests that have to relay all communications through ground stations.
