          Salmon candy?
There's two words I never expected to see together.

Initial reaction is eeewww, but I suspect that there's a reason that you're making it.

Ok, maybe salmon jerky might be slightly more accurate. This batch is for my friend's birthday, it is his standing birthday request. Recipe linked below.

Pro tip: use sockeye salmon (preferably wild caught), it has a firmer texture that stands up better in this preparation.

My new bar soft opened last night and was totally packed. The official opening is today and I'm getting ready to head up there and take some pictures!

Pondering a rewrite of the CV while the cake cools... made butter cream icing, hope it's enjoyed. ... most birthdays we go with a store cake.. but i just felt like making it -.

@scottalanmiller - good luck with the open - packed soft open is a good starting point.

I’ll go back in a couple weeks and add an access point and TV with a cheap desktop PC for meetings and presentations.

We're relaxing and trying to recover after a day spent a Cedar Point. Back in the hotel and looked at my step counter, 18093. A normal day is ~5600.

Around 3:45 PM. We got into the park at 9:00 AM, so we still had a long day riding rides and roller coasters. Very few lines this time of year as it's the first week Cedar Point is actually open during the week.
