Coffee was good... Had some gunpowder tea today. It is surprisingly... robust. Actually gave me a little boost where regular coffee tends to not do that most days... Just gotta add some sugar and I'm good.

Got my coffee, working on video editing for my home show.

Just saw someone from SW mention that there was a big layoff. I've not heard about that. Anyone know what's up there? They just had the conference.
-
had a nice three-day weekend - My Son's flag football team won the championship for 3 divisions in his age group on Saturday. Back to the grind this afternoon!

We had a little cold front roll through the south last night. Had to bring all the plant babies inside, and then got to enjoy that distinct aroma of turning the heat on for the 1st time in 8 months. And we have a freeze warning for the next couple of days. Stay tuned for more 80F days coming soon.

Actually, it's all about the same until Jan... They get some snow in Dec, but they start getting dumped on in Jan

Coffee quickly, about to get picked up by @pchiodo to go house shopping.

This week was a three year anniversary of the most dishonest, unprofessional vendor meeting I've ever had, ever. LOL It was so bad that I kept all of the emails and journaled it. jajaja
-
And I sent a follow up email about how they had blown us off and never followed up or dealt with anything. Just now.

Just noticed a scam security product vendor advertise that their customer, Chaplain College, is using their products as part of their "cyber security" initiative. Should we tell them that by using their product that deactivates Windows patching (and then reports it as being current so that no one knows) they didn't just make the college completely vulnerable, but are literally advertising them as a target!
I want this here so that when they get hacked I can show that everyone was aware publicly that they had disabled all patching AND notification on their network, AND paid to do so, AND paid for scam AV, while disabling Defender! The amount of "we just announced to everyone that we are clueless, corrupt, and disabled all of our default MS security" is just crazy.
And they posted a picture of the system admin taking "credit" for this massive blunder.

Same vendor just exposed the city of Vidalia, LA for doing the same thing... making it public that their police, fire and other services specifically are exposed and vulnerable to hacking. This vendor's feed is like a public "who is easy to hack by script kiddies" bulletin board.

There is only one Vidalia. That's Vidalia, GA

Made an offer on a "new" to us house. Been waiting DAYS for a response. Argh.
