arguing with Vendors on why Support Tickets are still left in "Assigned" for 5 days on critical issues for Their Host Services.

My vans in the shop needing Brakes all the way around, a new router and Caliber, It's lunch time

Support strategy... stall on crazy requests until the requester gets fired for being a nut job then close the ticket.
Can't tell if more serious or joke. It's obviously both.

huh? Why not do it yourself? At least the fronts. They take about 1 hour for both sides.
The drums, assuming you have drums - ok that's another story. but if that Durango has rear disk, again, just as easy as the front.
I had a Dakota - easiest breaks I ever changed.

Not my Durango, the Work Van.
I'm not working on that van at all. Not my vehicle. -

The durango would be easy, as I've done it already a dozen or so times since we bought the thing back in 2012

currently trying to fix a buggered up O365 sub and planning a weekend away up the bush.
My wife heads to Baja this weekend. Kinda similar.
Never been to Baja, but I think I'd prefer to be going up the bush down here.
Maybe in here somewhere:

Baja has the Pacific Ocean, amazing food, and wine country.

The wife is out shopping for our daughter's birthday.

My 11 year old has NOTHING that she wants for her birthday. We kept asking and she said that she has everything that she wants.
BUT....
My eight year old got her a Sims 4 expansion pack that she thinks that she will be excited about. And we found some board games that we think that she will like. And we are getting her a bunch of Dungeons & Dragons starter stuff... like starter box sets and her own hard cover Player's Handbook. And we are going to take both girls shopping to the dice store so that they can each pick out their own set of dice for when we play. And Rachel is going to try to come over for a D&D game night tomorrow night with them.

Well DnD is great for anyone to get into. I wish my son would try something like that.

Heading to bed. Just took Rachel to her new apartment to drop her off. Timed the drive... four minutes. Pretty sure this is the closest I've ever had a friend live to me.
