I misread my watch. It was -13°C
It was a new record low for Chicago at 7°F. Previous record low was 8°F for November 12.
The high temperature is also supposed to be a record low high at 19°F. Previous record was 28°F.

Any tips on getting transport from JFK to hotels in New York?
Going to be in USA in December and just been told transfers are not in the holiday package (I didn't book so not my fault, but i'm trying to solve )Seen several websites where i can pre-book a "taxi" but any tips from my frequent US travellers

I use JFK constantly, but always rent a car from Enterprise there. Great service and staff. I'm always driving out of the city, so makes sense for me.

I always use Enterprise to / from Airports too if needed. Super great service.
