So windows updates strike again.
I ran this :
Open regedit.exeHKeyLocalMachine\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system\
Add 32-bit DWORD Value: LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy with a value of 1
Terminals started connecting as soon as we add that DWORD
and site started working properly as soon as it was saved.

Is it socially acceptable to drink Irish coffee in the morning?
Who's to say you just don't like your coffee with a lot of cream.
And who's to ask what type of cream you add to your coffee.
So yeah, no it's fine.

You mean your cat doesn't want to just chew on everything so they put the cat to sleep to clean its teeth.
Weirdo's

And the issue I have most with this is the way this is stated.
interest free 12 month loan for a new laptop
So if he fails to pay this back in 12 months is there a fee or rate hike?
I'm assuming the payback would be through payroll deduction - so there is no risk to the employer - that would be part of the signed agreement if he went this route.

Yeah payroll deductions. . . fun.
@WrCombs don't go this route.

Payroll deductions, I pay a percentage of the total amount. if I get a new job, they will take the remainder of what I owe out of my last check.
So you are beholden to the company and they are in fact making withholdings against your paycheck so they can get paid first.
This is loan-shark 101. I get paid first, screw you needing food, rent money or literally anything else.
Call it what you will - many companies offer this. If you aren't good enough in your fiances to the point where you're going to starve - well, that's really on you.
in this case you're trading the 'flexibility' of not paying the loan for getting an interest free loan.

@DustinB3403 wow, this is the kind of support I need in my life. Thank you so much

So the windows 7 machine got an update? cause we know the Windows XP machines weren't getting any.

As much as it may be interest free it isn't without a cost.

The supposed freedom to be able to skip paying if you find yourself needing some extra cash?

One of my Black Pearl plants has started to ripen the chillies... one so far, this season looks like I will get a good harvest.
My Trinidad Scorpion has a couple of flowers, so they might be ready by April but my Habanero probably won't have anything this season as I had to trim it (growing up too fast) to promote strengthening of the main stem (lost 4 -6 flowers) but next year will be grand! If you give them a bit of phosphorus heavy fertilizer, they will be much more likely to set more flowers. Look for something labeled "bloom booster" or whatever... As long as the middle number is the highest in the N-P-K ratio.

Remove it
Or just remove the entire thing. I got so sick of how utterly crappy WordPress was that I started charging 4x (I usually charge about $110 per hour normally) my rate just for WordPress, slowly my WordPress requests began falling off and I've never been happier. Until recently where I made it clear I was accepting no new projects at all since I'm working on some other big things, I still got the occasional WP request even at such a massive rate. What a huge turd, but made some OK money, but the headaches, my god the headaches.
