Nothing wrong with reaching out to a Russian website. Everyone looking at porn does that a hundred times a day.

@wrcombs Explain?
Cox called our office and talked to someone in corporate, All i know is he came back and told us about it.
said "Cox called and said someone in the office was hitting Russian websites and caused a breach or something of that matter, I guess Homeland Security called them and told them to tell us"Thats all I know.
Im sure an investigation will be started here rather soon as to why this is happening. -

Is this seventh grade dating?

What's a security scan? Or you mean you have AV software on each endpoint that scans weekly?

Did she just hide the desktop icons?
Possibly, Im not sure.
I'm looking through everything and it all seems to be there.This is just a desktop preference, just right click and select "show icons" the exact verbage is something else though.
Looks like all of her desktop Icons were thrown into the "recycle bin"
Windows 7? I have had to deploy a GPO that turns off the unused icon clean up, even though it wasn't on in the first place.
Windows 7 has been known to just do it, unless specifically told not to.It has affected a very small number of PCs here but the users certainly squawked.
