Windows update today wiped my Customers user of all of her desktop items in the middle of the day causing her to loose customers.
Now to figure this out

The weirdest part is it just restarted with no warning or anything.

Have my weekly "IT" meeting. It is more of a, " The CFO asks the only IT person for updates and the CFO looks bored and sleepy during each response" meeting.

What was on her desktop?

A lot of icons (some we put there, some she put there) Folders, documents,
Nothing is "Missing" par say
However they aren't on the Desktop now.
