Installed vmware esxi on my home R510 last night. Apparently, v6.5 doesn't have NFS datastore connections in the classic client. There's not a free edition of the vsphere client/server either, so I was forced to downgrade to 6.0u3.
There's a builtin web client in 6.5. That's the preferred client now.
I saw mention of that, but I downgraded as I was unable to open the web client on the free license. VMware is really, really pushing people to get a license. That completely sucks because now I'm going to be experimenting on old software.

It never ceases to amaze me how a 4 second section of a song can start to sound so abstract after the 50th time around.
Context: I stayed up way too late last night recording horn parts on a new song.

FTFY.

As opposed to the zombie ones.

A zombie horn section seems like it might be easier to wrangle at this point. We could keep them chained up in the rehearsal space, and they would never have wife/kid stuff that kept them from showing up.

Bugs are for programs, not humans.

@gjacobse All apple products are extraneous in my eyes. But the "cool" factor causes our idiot customers to "need" them. So here I am, creating apple IDs, updating these insipid things, wishing it was time to go home.

What's funny is for me, I see iOS devices are utilitarian and am always tempted to look elsewhere as iPhones are anything but "cool".

Your world view is pretty warped from the average from what I can tell.
Really, apple??? I have to put a dash into my phone number???? Your superior software can't do that for me??? Can your awesome OS not recognize a 10 digit number as a phone number???

I think I may be starting to come around to this LVM thing, lol. Filled up my NextCloud server (whoops!) and was able to expand the disk and everything with nothing more than a reboot.
(Technically, a reboot should not have been necessary, but it hung during the resize process).

LVM for the win.

Having a Guinness.

So Pandora has a magical unknown password length limit. It has to be at least 6 characters, but the one I used just didn't work. No error or anything. So I made one that was shorter and it worked. Awesome UI guys....
