If you like Suspense / Thriller type movies, Haunter on Netflix is pretty good.

In case anyone was wondering, my wife and I were not in London at the time of the attacks, luckily.

There is a name I have not heard in a low time.

So..... I decided that while the family is away for a while that I'm going to attempt one of those "improve your life" things by going to bed at a more appropriate hour and getting plenty of sleep so as not to be exhausted as most people are. One of the problems with staying up late is that your body then wakes you up with the sunlight and you don't rest well.
So instead of going to bed at one or two in the morning I went to bed just before eleven. Not a dramatically early time or anything. But a solid, responsible time.
Result.... awake at 4am.

@scottalanmiller Ha! You could pass the time by checking ELMAH logs every 10 minutes for a while :P.

I'm going to make an attempt at going back to bed which they say is the old pre-electric light pattern. That you'd go to bed after dusk, wake up halfway through for an hour or so, then go back to bed.

@scottalanmiller Take a listen to these folks while you try to sleep. It'll help: https://libera.org.uk/

This discussion seems to have prompted a bit of "you have to do it like this" as if there is only one answer to all IT (which is high availability and on premises) without anyone asking what the needs are. The lack of asking about needs, but the abundance of "there is only one way to do it" makes me think that a lot of people think that IT doesn't involve any decision making.

Thanks to @Tim_G who backed me up as a voice of reason for doing cost analysis.
