I have yet to use Pinterest, but @Dominica uses it. I did find a platform for building your own Pinterest-like sites yesterday.
Was it Pinry? I was looking at that a bit ago when my fiance became obsessed with Pinterest.

Love Pintrest. Easy way to find and store things my like household projects that my husband wants me to forget exist.
-
I'm reloading a PC that was downgraded to XP with Vista so a Doc doesn't have to buy a new machine.
-
@Minion-Queen because I already have.

"Doing training". Did all the training for 9.2 and considering how little changes, and actually works in newer releases, I'm going through the 9.4 videos by letting them play so they can be marked as completed.

Seriously, posting publicly (during work hours) that you are screwing off during training?
How dense are you?

I've already done the training. Talked to the manager yesterday and he said "just get it done", so I am.

Basically just so it shows as completed on the report.

I still wouldn't post about it in a public forum. That is, unless I knew every post was getting me one step closer to the "points" crown

I'm not particularly concerned. I'm working harder to avoid triggering certain SEO keywords, and my company isn't exactly what I'd call a major online presence in the IT Community world.

Have I stated anything untrue or inaccurate? Also, I don't bash the company, I bash inefficient or moronic processes. My company, at it's core, is actually a good company. But like a lot of companies, they don't always act in their own best interests.

I don't go on personal vendettas against managers or coworkers, etc. Also, while I wasn't at first, I'm much more careful about naming even the name of the company now.

AJ as a reminder most every company these days will check your online presence. The fact that you have mentioned who you work for at one point, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who you still work for now.
I would reject your application these days based on your posting history online. Even if you don't mean to you come off as un-trustworthy and a potential security risk.

That's interesting. Well, I'll continue to work on my posting then.

To the outside reader, these are the same thing.

That is bashing the company. That's exactly what it is. I know that you aren't internalizing what you are doing and how it relates to your job but you must see that everyone but you sees this clearly. It is black and white. This isn't a grey area where it "might be acceptable." Talking about your current or past employers or their customers in a negative light, or possibly at all, is bad, very bad. No matter how you interpret it, the result is the same. There is no interpretation needed on your part. There is no grey space in which to play here.
