I had an old APC 1000 that died a few months ago.
After the power outage earlier this week, it was an instant priority to get it replaced.

Finished setting up osticket, as part of testing ticketing systems for our hosting solutions. Looks good, like the simplicity in installing, KB options, email to ticket, and overall free self hosted!
