Kid had a blast, got scared in vertigo tunnel, then didn't want to get off the pony.

Funeral this past weekend, at my dad's all week. Driving back to Texas this coming weekend.

Heading to PetSmart and then PetCo for pet adoption events. The girls finally convinced their mom to get a cat.

Not getting a cat until after Thanksgiving.
Also adoption service cut their hours short without posting anything to their website. so we didn't get to see their cats. Just the normal adoption cats already at PetCo through whatever agency facilitates that.

The usual holiday stuff, Record Store Day on Friday, and ordering this double LP on Saturday:
The 2nd set is them playing the entire Animals album by Pink Floyd. Its almost better than the original (and that is my fave Pink Floyd album of all time).

I might end up with a 6 day weekend for the price of one sick day. We may have a snow day tomorrow. I'm taking a sick day on Wednesday, Thursday is Thanksgiving, and Friday they're giving us off for the first time in the history of the org.

Don't forget to swing into the office on Saturday because you'll lose internet and need to get that working, then Sunday the UPS is going to explode. . .

Denver area getting hit hard. Had a tech go onsite tonight only to find out the clinic she was scheduled to be at had already locked up and forgotten that she was coming!

Yeah, Denver is pretty much closed for the day. I'm working from home. May skip the office tomorrow as well.

My 7 year old's first camp out with the Cub Scouts. Fortunately its in a heated cabin as the weather is supposed to be rain all week-end.
