Any tips on getting transport from JFK to hotels in New York?
Taxi, Uber, or Train. JFK is already in the city proper, so not much to be done.

Seen several websites where i can pre-book a "taxi" but any tips from my frequent US travellers
I use JFK constantly, but always rent a car from Enterprise there. Great service and staff. I'm always driving out of the city, so makes sense for me.

First coffee of the morning. So needed as it is so cold.
Yeah and we have a network outage so I'm running around campus updating people
Did the same thing last week. I should have used the damn PA System.

That's -5C for the non-Americans.
My watch said -17°C when I woke up
And this is why I rule out Chicago.
I misread my watch. It was -13°C
It was a new record low for Chicago at 7°F. Previous record low was 8°F for November 12.
The high temperature is also supposed to be a record low high at 19°F. Previous record was 28°F.
It's practically warm there. 3 F on the way to the gym this morning.

Counting down the next hour until I leave here... Headed to East ATL to see Monolord and Order of the Owl (doom metal bands). And the best part is that the merch booth will have Kelly's Death Pickles for sale! Dude makes some of the best pickles I've ever had.

Almost every major hotel around JFK has a shuttle service. Give the hotel a call I'm sure they can provide that.

Apparently we're changing phone systems today at 2:00 pm.

Choosing the right HCi solution for SQL Loads. hmmmmmmmmm
What "specs" makes for a good Microsoft SQL solution? IOPS, 10G Network, Good Procs..... Or an endless combination of them all

Starwinds hands down. For super high performance, there is no competition.

Like most things, you can't pick just one.

@scottalanmiller
my top 2 are Scale and Starwinds at the moment.
