Finally got a minute free to look at something I was looking at months ago and just never got to.
Seeing how the XOA team has a single line installation for their demo and seeing if I can easily replicate it for XOCE.
I have some ideas and will be doing some testing.

Coming up with the procedure to off-board someone from AD/Okta/Office365. Once I know exactly what should be done and in what order, I can automate some (maybe most) of it.

We have something similar, and almost all automated through PowerShell. Works great.
The locking of the accounts in Office 365 Admin center when you use AADConnect or another sync service, drives me crazy. I can't convert a mailbox to shared from the admin center web ui when it is synced. But, if it isn't synced, I can convert it to shared via the web ui. If I use powershell, I can do it either way. Same thing with deleting the user account. WHY?!
I was trying to convert to shared by modifying the extended attributes on the ad user, but that didn't actual trigger a conversion to shared mailbox. That is before I realized powershell doesn't GAF.

Going back to when I started out, lots of folks who looked after the PCs in small companies were accountants because it was the accountants who had the powerful calculators, then moved onto the IBM PCs etc. It wasn't uncommon for the accountant to be the only one a PC coz no one else needed one.
