Good morning everyone. Just did some dishes and made some coffee.

Nice way to start, although I did that last night with exception of coffee.

It's decaf. I'm trying to ween myself off of caffeine. Been almost a month without it now.

I had cut way back... or at least the time of day to which I consumed it... last few days hasn't been so good at that plan.

Need to get back to drinking less soda, less caffeine .

I drink water first thing when I get up... and then tea or coke during the day, and water when my body wants it... All things in moderation.

Fully agree with you. It's just a seriously bad habit to drink soda. it's so easy, and has taste unlike the water which tastes like... something I don't want to drink,.

If I make the effort to make tea - it's a 45/45/10 mix 3 Caffeine bags, 3 decaff bags, and a bag of mint... and I can generally drink a gallon of that a day.

Soda is bad... diet soda is fine-ish, way better than anything with sugar / added sugar (yes, including coffee and tea if you dump sugar and other bad shit in it) Diet soda has been known to make you keep craving sweets, but if you resist that it's fine.

Tea / coffee is excellent and very beneficial in a lot of ways if you don't dump sugar and shit (milk) in it.

I'm from the deep south... If there's not sugar, there's no sweet tea, lol.

I like to experiement, a lot. I've mixed several kinds of teas trying to replicate a recipe a friend of mine did with black tea, green tea, and oranges. Just an't seem to get it quite right.

It's that daily sugar intake that'll get you in the end, and keep you from reaching health goals in the meantime. I mean, drink what you want... just saying. Moderation is fine, but the sugar amount in sweet tea for example, and drinking it daily or several times a week, is actually not what is considered "moderation".

My health goals include not sweating sugar when I get up and active... So far, so good. 🍵

"Somewhere out there" (can you hear the song), a user has something that's trying to authenticate against Exchange and / or Skype for Business, which authenticates against ADFS, which is feeding a domain controller wrong credentials, which results in a user's account being locked. The question of the day is "what device?" 😛

All of them as they are all attempting to sync at different times. . . the user change their password a week ago and hasn't changed it on any of the devices. . .

Just added a couple redirects in my home lab so everything is going to the correct page when just the domain is entered in a url. Simple html <meta redirects in this case.

I had updated Veeam B&R to 9.5U3a and am having problems getting consistent backups ever since. I've tried calling support and they never got back with me as to the problem. So I am reverting back to 9.5U3 for the time being. 3a is not really needed for us right now as vSphere 6.7 is not in production for us.

Why? Why, Why, Why does it seem that every month or so, the ability to manage my Hyper-V host via Hyper-V Manager vanishes, and I get an error message.
