By the way even Microsoft only released 1709 as current branch for business in January of this year so it was pretty later after the release on the fall. I just did this upgrade and even with WSUS and restart restrictions for after 7:30 PM computers reboot (about 6 out of 200) in the middle of the day.

Right, and it's April.
And 1803 is still not out.. I guess they need to release 1804 instead.

FYI KB4093112 causes Webroot to have the same issue, and the fix from before does nothing.

This problem isnt listed in the Known Issues section of the update yet.

This seems to be the new spectre v2 update. Seems to have totally borked IE though for many people. -
