They got one of the worst modern directors to handle not just the frontmen (Batman and Superman) but the entire DCU arc. They may as well have gotten Uwe Boll to do them at least they would have been laughably bad... instead of just bad.
It was like a parody.

Trust me, watch the original versions sometime Kill'La Kill sticks out the most in my mind, but just about all of them get changed.

Every bad or questionable decision on DC movies has to start with Warner Bros. There's always news about them being the cause of it. When comes to DC cartoons, they're pretty good except for the current teen titans. The DC shows are more entertaining compared to the movies.

I am too young to know much about the original (I don't think it ever really got syndicated for me to watch it on Nick'at'Nite). The movie was enjoyable but I think it was relying too much on nostalgia.

Finished Altered Carbon. Overall a good show, but nothing that jumped out at me as wow.
I did not like the pacing of the last few episodes overall. But the content was good.
