I do not know anything about this provider, but @scottalanmiller posted on Spiceworks back in April that he was a beta customer of the service?
When @scottalanmiller says "we" he's most likely referring to NTG. So the issue I see is a lack of transparency if he is recommending a hosting service without divulging that he has skin in the game.
Yes, NTG has been using testing Hostadillo, for testing new websites.
How did you signup?
It has already been stated that they are a NTG customer.

Their website has a contact page:

Looks like @Dominica works for Hostadillo too!

And your point is.... AGAIN THEY HAVE HIRED NTG!!!!!
-
@kim-valley What point are you trying to make? I am actually confused as to what the point of this is considering the responses you've received.
-
Do you have a specific question? What is it you are trying to understand?

Shouting isn't nice. Seems like a conflict of interest as @Danp mentions. How does the community know that Hostadillo isn't NTG? @scottalanmiller sure is pushing the service, but I can't sign up to try it so I can't attest to worth the service.

Oh man, what a blog! Filled with a bunch of good information...IF YOU CAN READ LATIN! Its a place holder for crying out loud. Proof of Concept if you will.
What are you getting at with all of these shenanigans?

I'll take the chicken Hostadillo with guac on the side.

More than once I've wanted to take a big juicy bite out of a hosting company

The weird part of this is I literally talk to Scott every day. We've spoken about his side projects as friends and he has never even mentioned Hostadillo. I guess my question is why is the explanation given not enough for you? It seems personal or something

By pushing, do you mean I mentioned it? Can you define pushing please?

@kim-valley No one has denied anything here but it hasn't gotten you anywhere. What is your point?

It's more of a quesadilla with armadillo. Which, maybe you don't know, tastes like chicken.

So I think I should clear a few things up: DCH is a NTG customer that does business management services and when I was starting GS I had used them to handle logistics to get the company started. So in the very early months DCH was involved as a business partner but DCH hasn't been involved or an owner since original logistics were completed. Once I had GS fully set up everything was then moved to me directly. MangoLassi was literally started over night after a late night phone call.
The nature of SMB is that companies work together on projects all of the time. I couldn't get GS setup fast enough to support MangoLass so had to hire a company that could do it for me and help with all the crazy logistics FAST. Of course I was going to go with someone I knew. DCH was awesome to work with and did a lot to get me on my feet fast.

Right, I found it crazy that you call that pushing. So okay, we are on the same page. Two mentions of "Hostadillo I hope" and starting that SMBITJournal is on it are what you call pushing. So... that clarifies that.

A lot of folks are talking but no one is saying anything...
Who owns Hostadillo? (Me thinks thats what the OP is "trying" to ask
