    What router are you using at home?

      This is assuming you are allowed to modify your house/apartment. A lot of people who rent can't modify to hide cables.

      Then use those stick on the wall cable raceways to hide the cable.

      Personally, I would buy an all in one wireless/router before I did that.

        Those work really well... They even have ones that look like foot/crown molding now.
